House Rules
We hope you have a pleasant stay with us in Sunriver. To help insure that those following you do as well, please remember...
- Check-in is at 4:00pm.
- Check-out is at 11:00am.
- Maximum occupancy is eight (8) people including children and infants.
- No animals or pets are allowed.
- No smoking in or around the condo is allowed.
- Bicycles must be locked if left unattended.
- When brought inside, store bicycles, skis, boots, and other items under the stairs or in the entry.
- Do not feed the local wildlife.
- Do not cut through to the bike path (use the entrance near Quelah #29).
- The renting party must inhabit the unit (sub-renting/time-trading is prohibited).
Check-out Checklist
- Return all games and puzzles (and their pieces), videos, and recreation equipment to their proper place.
- Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start.
- Collect all trash and place it in the garbage can located outside.
- Turn off all lights and appliances.
- Set thermostat to 55 deg.
- If used, clean grill and turn off gas at tank.
- If used, close fireplace doors and flue.
